Galvez conceals within the FBI boundary and Tony fires at himself to cover his participation. Larry’s demise is intimated to Renee and Jack, who join-up the FBI operatives hunting for Galvez. Tony aims to ambush the agents in a vacant accommodation block and destroys it using C-4, thus making a distraction so Galvez gets away.

Galvez traps the FBI agents in to the block pretending to be an agent himself. Jack comes to know through a tracking-device that Galvez is feigning to be in the building when actually he is far away somewhere. Jack tips off Renee, but the structure blows up killing many agents. Walker is unhurt, but Jack is wary when he finds out that Tony’s informant at White House is an untruth. Having Proofs indicating Tony’s guilt, Jack challenges Tony, but he gets away as Jack convulsed. Hodges eats the suicide tablet given to him by his ‘attorney’ and is taken to the sickbay. Tony accompanies Galvez and the pathogen to an ambulance which Galvez usurps.
