Chloe, in an effort to find out Jack, strives to assimilate messages in the lap seized by Kim from the agent at airstrip. In the meantime, Jack runs away to become free failing which wants to commit suicide, but is caught again by Tony. Ethan has a talk with Olivia and informs her that she destroyed a fake cassette. He challenges her with the help of Agent Pierce and offers her a choice to come clean before her mother. Alan Wilson, the mystery-man heading the conspiracy, liable for the terror assaults and Michelle’s death, ultimately choose to reveal himself to Tony.

Tony discloses that his intention, right from the start, was to avenge the death of his spouse and unborn offspring. FBI operatives attack the compound, when Wilson turns up to see Tony and Cara. Both Cara and Wilson take flight, but Tony apprehends them. Cara is murdered by Tony, but Jack and Renee thwart his attempts to Kill Wilson. Wilson is arrested, but refutes any type of association with the terror groups, leading Renee to take stringent action against him so that he does not escape punishment. Olivia acknowledges her guilt to her parents at the White House. President Taylor concludes that as the Chief Executive of the Nation, she cannot conceal the predicament Olivia is in, much to the chagrin of Henry. Jack gets worse day by day and accepts his destiny. Kim, on the other hand, resolves to go through the stem-cell process, which could revive her father.
